Within your teams, discuss the issues raised in Sections 12.1-2. Spend 30 minutes on this. Use the remaining 20 minutes so that each team can spend 10 minutes presenting ``Lessons learned'' to the rest of the class.
Call the pointy-haired-manager back in at the end, if you have any suggested class improvements that you'd like to discuss with him.
