FrontPage 2000 Lab: CS ToolBox

Begin by reading Sections 1, 1.1, and 1.2 of the Using FrontPage 2000 guide. Then, use Section 2 to complete the following:

  1. Open your web (2.2).

  2. Change your password (2.3). Make sure you remember what you change it to!!!

  3. Open the recurringConcepts template (2.6).

  4. Edit the page title (2.8) and the title at the top of the page, changing the xxx to 116.

  5. Fill in the entry for Binding and any others that you can (check your notes).

  6. Save the page as cs116rc in the toolbox folder (2.7).

  7. Open the threads web page in the toolbox folder.

  8. Change CS xxx to CS 116 and link it to you cs116rc page (2.4)

  9. Save the page.

  10. View your toolbox with a web browser (2.10).

For the remainder of the semester, you should be adding recurring concepts that we have discussed and that we will discuss to your toolbox. Your toolbox will be graded at the end of semester. It will be worth 50 points.
