Introduction to Web Publishing

1. Personal Web site creation choices: local Web or phoenix Web.

2. index.htm

3. Your phoenix account info: username and password.

   Type password carefully. Case sensitivity.

4. Your URL (Web location).

Web Publishing Lab

Do the following:

1. Open your FrontPage Web from last time.

   Make sure you have one Web page with the file name index.htm. If not, re-name one.

2. Publish the Web to phoenix.

3. Using the handy-dandy preview link, view your phoenix Web in IE.

4. Close your Web from last time.

5. Open your phoenix Web.

6. Change your FrontPage password on phoenix.

7. Delete the files on your phoenix Web.
